20200201 Stretch in basic kick position, practice in pairs

Just like during the basic walk kick, one type body forward, other body side. The helper slowly stands up from deep to higher MaBu (horse stance)騎馬步. At around the limit of the stretching do firm movements to extend the limits. The one who is stretching, keeps the structure !
