Pull up the legs/thigh 八卦功法 坐姿抽胯 核心重點功法, the very basic and extremely important exercise

This is one of the most important basic exercise.
siting on a chair at cc 1/3 and using the internal side of the thigh pull up the leg to the hip joint see and listen the details

When the above is well done, the next step is using it during siting down and standing up.
No lean forward this case 🙂
