Use the leg pull up in changes, it is one move than !
The slow pull up movement can help keep good circulation during long stand
Use it even at back muscles as well. Remember to use the small internal muscles. If you are good, you can do it from legs thru back to arms. You can also try to practice XingYiQuan this way. 09
This pull up is fundamental for the light skill. We jump with this, not with the muscles. Try to find the small deep muscles. 11
Note: we would use the pull up movement instinctively when we feel danger, it looks jump but actually not.
