Shoulder joints exercise,  do not move the shoulder but pull with body and extend.

 Shoulder joints exercise first step,  do not move the arm but pull back with body using hip .

 Shoulder joints exercise in pairs,  do not move the arm but pull back with body using hip

 Shoulder joints exercise in pairs,  do not move the arm but pull back with body using hip  and make a curve with shoulders to pull and stretch more

 Shoulder joints exercise  make whole circle pull back and  extend with  fingers and elbow.
