Lets see first how to do from straight line, curve with the legs (01)

extend the hip and move to sides with keeping the extension (07)

keep the hip extension and curved leg when moving (08)

keep the legs curved and use the hip to direct the force (09)

the force comes first and the move comes after (10)

the line is there but not for the force to start (11)
